The Seanasurf staff will teach you the basics of surfing!
In the surfing school lessons you will learn to catch the waves on your own and make clean takeoffs. With these techniques you can make surfing your hobby. This is the course for everyone who wants to become a surfer!

The Surfing School course is suitable for the following persons:
≈ Anyone who has tried surfing for 1-3 times and maybe managed to stand on the board for a short while
≈ Anyone who wants to become a surfer and work on the basics
≈ Anyone who is physically and mentally healthy and motivated

Details of the course

Seana Surf is a surfing school and surfing accessories shop located on the West coast of Okinawa and close to the beautiful Cape Maeda.

Cost of the course 12,100yen with tax

The course takes about 2h30min-3h
The daily course starting times depend on the tide and weather conditions.

Catching waves on your own requires you to learn three steps: Selecting the right waves, paddling and the takeoff.

∗The “ Surfing School” differs from the “ Longboard Surfing Experience” course in terms of more practice-oriented goals

∗The Surfing School's goal is for you to learn to catch waves on your own

∗Surfing very first timers are advised to take a Experience Longboard Surfing course first

Conditions for Participation:
■Healthy body and mind and at least 10 years of age or older
■Minors under 20 years old will need a signature from their parent or guardian for participation. If you are not able to bring your parent or guardian to the course, please fill out the form beforehand and bring it with you.
